Credits

Purchase Credits directly from AiSpace to access AI services on-demand. Credits give you pay-as-you-go access to AI models, image generation, and other features.

What Are Credits?

Credits are your account balance for using AI services. When you purchase Credits:

• You receive a Secure Key that you use to login and access your Credits
• Your Secure Key is your unique identifier - keep it safe and private
• Credits are deducted automatically when you use AI services
• You can purchase more Credits anytime to add to your balance

Purchasing Credits

AiSpace offers two payment methods for purchasing Credits:

Crypto Payment (ETH on Base Chain)

• Purchase using ETH on Base Chain
• Real-time ETH/USD price conversion
• Secure transaction processing
• Automatic Secure Key generation after payment confirmation
• Mobile-friendly wallet support

Payment Process

1. Navigate to Credits Purchase
   • Look for “Purchase Credits” or “Credits” in your account section
   • Click to start the purchase process

2. Enter USD Amount
   • Enter the amount you want to spend in USD
   • View the real-time ETH conversion (if paying with crypto)
   • See how many Credits you’ll receive ($1 USD = 10,000 Credits)

3. Choose Payment Method

   • Card Payment: Click “Pay with Card” to use Stripe checkout
   • Crypto Payment: Click “Pay with Crypto” and connect your wallet (if not connected)

4. For Crypto Payments - Connect Your Wallet (if not connected)

   • Select your Web3 wallet
   • Approve the connection
   • Your wallet address will be used for payment

5. Review Transaction (Crypto payments only)

   • Check the USD amount
   • Verify ETH conversion
   • Review Credits amount ($1 USD = 10,000 Credits)

6. Confirm Payment
   • Card: Complete payment through Stripe checkout
   • Crypto: Approve the transaction in your wallet and wait for confirmation (1 block)
   • Receive your Secure Key automatically - this is your login credential to access your Credits

Pricing Details

Credits

• Rate: $1 USD = 10,000 Credits
• Minimum Purchase: None (any amount accepted)
• Credit Usage: Spent based on API usage
• Daily Renewal: Credits renew every day at 0:00:00 UTC
• Validity Period: Credits are valid for 30 days from the date they were added

Managing Your Credits

Your Secure Key

When you purchase Credits, you receive a Secure Key. This is your unique login credential:

• Use your Secure Key to access your Credits account
• Your Secure Key is private - never share it with anyone
• Keep your Secure Key safe, like a password
• If your Secure Key is lost or compromised, contact support immediately

Viewing Your Credits

• Access your Credits from your account section
• View your remaining Credits balance
• See how many Credits you’ve used
• Check when your Credits expire (30 days from purchase)
• View your Secure Key

Using Your Credits

Your Credits are automatically used when you:

• Generate images
• Chat with AI models
• Use other AI features

Credits are deducted from your balance based on the service you use. See the Pricing page for detailed costs.

Security Best Practices

• Keep your Secure Key private: Never share it publicly or with others
• Store securely: Save your Secure Key in a secure location (password manager recommended)
• Monitor your balance: Check your Credits regularly to track usage
• Contact support: If your Secure Key is lost or you suspect unauthorized access
