Wallet Connection Issues

Wallet Won’t Connect

Symptoms:

  • “Connect Wallet” button doesn’t work
  • Wallet popup doesn’t appear
  • Connection fails immediately

Solutions:

  1. Check wallet is unlocked: Ensure your wallet extension/app is open and unlocked
  2. Refresh the page: Sometimes a page refresh resolves connection issues
  3. Clear browser cache: Clear your browser cache and try again
  4. Check network: Ensure you’re on the Base network (Chain ID: 8453)
  5. Try different wallet: Test with another wallet to isolate the issue

Wrong Network Error

Symptoms:

  • “Please switch to Base network” message
  • Transactions failing
  • Network mismatch errors

Solutions:

  1. Switch to Base network: In your wallet, switch to Base mainnet
  2. Add Base network: If Base isn’t available, add it manually:
    • Network Name: Base
    • RPC URL: https://mainnet.base.org
    • Chain ID: 8453
    • Currency: ETH
  3. Refresh after switching: Refresh the page after switching networks

Wallet Connection Lost

Symptoms:

  • Previously connected wallet now shows disconnected
  • Tier status resets
  • Need to reconnect frequently

Solutions:

  1. Reconnect wallet: Click “Connect Wallet” again
  2. Check wallet status: Ensure wallet is still unlocked
  3. Clear site data: Clear AiSpace site data and reconnect
  4. Check permissions: Verify wallet permissions for AiSpace

Tier Detection Issues

Wrong Tier Detected

Symptoms:

  • Tier doesn’t match your token balance
  • Features not unlocking
  • Rate limits incorrect

Solutions:

  1. Wait for confirmation: If you just acquired tokens, wait for transaction confirmation
  2. Refresh the page: Refresh to trigger tier recheck
  3. Disconnect and reconnect: Disconnect wallet and reconnect to force tier check
  4. Check token balance: Verify your $AISPACE balance on Base explorer
  5. Check token contract: Ensure you’re holding the correct $AISPACE token

Tier Not Updating After Purchase

Symptoms:

  • Purchased tokens but tier hasn’t updated
  • Still showing old tier after balance increase

Solutions:

  1. Wait 1-2 minutes: Tier detection can take a moment
  2. Refresh page: Refresh to trigger automatic tier check
  3. Reconnect wallet: Disconnect and reconnect wallet
  4. Check transaction: Verify transaction is confirmed on Base
  5. Contact support: If issue persists, contact support with transaction hash

Agent Issues

Messages Not Sending

Symptoms:

  • Message doesn’t send when you press Enter
  • Message stuck in input field
  • Error message when sending

Solutions:

  1. Check rate limit: Verify you haven’t hit your message limit
  2. Check connection: Ensure you have internet connection
  3. Refresh page: Refresh and try sending again
  4. Clear browser cache: Clear cache and reload
  5. Try different browser: Test in another browser to isolate issue

AI Not Responding

Symptoms:

  • AI doesn’t respond to messages
  • Response generation stuck
  • Timeout errors

Solutions:

  1. Wait a moment: AI responses can take a few seconds
  2. Check connection: Ensure stable internet connection
  3. Retry message: Send the message again
  4. Switch agent: Try a different agent to test if issue persists
  5. Refresh page: Refresh if response seems stuck

Chat History Missing

Symptoms:

  • Previous chats not showing
  • Chat history disappeared
  • Can’t access old conversations

Solutions:

  1. Check browser storage: Ensure browser storage isn’t disabled
  2. Check 30-day cleanup: Chats auto-delete after 30 days
  3. Check local storage: Verify browser isn’t in incognito/private mode
  4. Check agent: Ensure you’re viewing the correct agent’s chats

Image Issues

Images Not Generating

Symptoms:

  • “load_image” button doesn’t work
  • Image generation fails
  • Timeout errors

Solutions:

  1. Check rate limit: Verify you haven’t hit your generation limit
  2. Check prompt: Ensure prompt isn’t empty or too long
  3. Try simpler prompt: Test with a simpler prompt first
  4. Refresh page: Refresh and try again
  5. Check connection: Ensure stable internet connection

Images Loading Slowly

Symptoms:

  • Images take a very long time to generate
  • Generation seems stuck
  • Slow response times

Solutions:

  1. Wait patiently: Complex images can take 30-60 seconds
  2. Check connection: Slow internet can affect generation
  3. Simplify prompt: Complex prompts take longer to process
  4. Try different settings: Lower resolution may generate faster
  5. Refresh if stuck: If stuck over 2 minutes, refresh and retry

Images Not Saving

Symptoms:

  • Generated images disappear
  • Can’t find generated images
  • History not showing images

Solutions:

  1. Check image history: Look in Image history
  2. Check browser storage: Ensure storage isn’t full or disabled
  3. Check 50-image limit: History stores up to 50 images locally
  4. Download immediately: Download important images before they’re pushed out
  5. Check private mode: Private mode may not save history

Rate Limit Issues

Limit Not Resetting

Symptoms:

  • Countdown timer stuck
  • Can’t use features after limit should reset
  • Limit not clearing

Solutions:

  1. Wait for full period: Limits use rolling windows, not fixed resets
  2. Refresh page: Refresh to update limit display
  3. Check actual usage: Count your recent usage to verify limit
  4. Clear browser data: Clear site data if timer seems stuck
  5. Reconnect wallet: Disconnect and reconnect to refresh status

Unexpected Rate Limits

Symptoms:

  • Limits seem too low
  • Getting limited unexpectedly
  • Limits don’t match tier

Solutions:

  1. Check your tier: Verify your tier in account section
  2. Check token balance: Ensure balance matches expected tier
  3. Refresh tier: Reconnect wallet to refresh tier detection
  4. Check separate limits: Chat and image limits are separate
  5. Contact support: If limits seem incorrect, contact support

General Issues

Page Not Loading

Symptoms:

  • Blank page or error page
  • AiSpace won’t load
  • Loading spinner stuck

Solutions:

  1. Refresh page: Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
  2. Clear cache: Clear browser cache and cookies
  3. Check internet: Ensure internet connection is working
  4. Try different browser: Test in another browser
  5. Check status: Visit AiSpace status page if available

Slow Performance

Symptoms:

  • Page loads slowly
  • Features respond slowly
  • Laggy interactions

Solutions:

  1. Check internet speed: Slow connection affects performance

  3. Clear browser cache: Clear cache for better performance

Data Not Saving
